We want to provide a quick update on the progress of our candidate search process. We’ve begun running some candidates through our third-party assessment firm, and I’m pleased to share that more candidates will be coming through in the near future.
This is an exciting step as we work toward finding the best fit for our church. Please know that this process is being handled thoughtfully and prayerfully, with no single candidate being prioritized over another at this stage. Each individual is being considered equally, based on their qualifications and alignment with our mission and values.
