Bodyweight Fitness Class
Saturdays, February 1 – March 22 Greenford Campus, Bldg C 9am to 10am
A bodyweight workout class infused with devotion and worship music creating a spiritually uplifting and physically invigorating environment. Participants engage in exercises with no equipment required, all while being inspired by lyrics that promote mindfulness and connection to God. A workout offered to men and women alike, that is not only a physical challenge but also a soulful experience that nourishes both body and spirit. Please bring a mat or large towel since we will be working out on the floor.
