Chair Yoga makes yoga practice accessible and safe for all types of people – from those who struggle with balance and mobility, to flexibility and stamina, chair yoga provides the benefits of yoga while being kind and gentle to the body. It’s a wonderful addition to a healthy lifestyle as it benefits the body, mind, and spirit while building community.
